Social mediation

This service aims to create or restore the social fabric by preventing or resolving conflicts through the intervention of a neutral and independent third party (Tandem) who guarantees communication between partners. Whether you have disputes with your neighbours, your landlord, another citizen, etc., the Tandem program can help you. As a third party, we will be able to have a perspective that will clarify the situation and facilitate exchanges to restore good relations and resolve conflicts. During the mediation process, the mediators remain impartial and undertake not to favor one or the other of the parties. In addition, mediators ensure that they do not come up with their own solutions, but rather help the people involved find the solutions themselves.
