ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Newsletters are designed to inform residents about specific issues or concerns related to their neighborhood or community. The main objective is to make residents aware of these issues and encourage them to pay attention.

Newsletters are a means of communicating directly with residents. They establish a link between local authorities, community or neighborhood organizations and residents. This fosters transparency, trust and the active participation of residents in the management of their environment.

The main objective of this service is to encourage residents to increase their vigilance in the face of challenges. This can take the form of increased attention to their personal safety, monitoring their property, reporting suspicious activity, and so on. The idea is to encourage residents to be active players in the preservation of their neighborhood.

Newsletters can also provide practical advice and recommendations on how to deal with safety issues. This can include safety tips, information on available resources, suggestions for preventing problems, etc. The aim is to help residents take concrete steps to deal with the issues identified.

This service also aims to strengthen residents’ sense of community. By informing them of the issues and encouraging them to be vigilant, it fosters cooperation and mutual aid between neighbors. This can help create a safer, more supportive and more engaged environment.

THE FLOOR IS WITH THE CITIZENS.

The people from the health and safety brigade came like guardian angels. They were patient and helpful and accompanied me every step of the way to contact the city and the landlords. After several years of frustration in a substandard apartment, I was able to improve my situation.

There was always graffiti on my way to work. It certainly gave a bad impression. So when the ACCP erased them, I found a little rest.
